Tom Morphew Shortlisted for 2025 Sustainability Entrepreneur of the Year in South East
Tom Morphew, founder of Full Circle Farms Sussex Ltd and The Garden Army CIC, has been shortlisted for the prestigious 2025 Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards in the Sustainability Entrepreneur of the Year category for the South East.
Tom’s innovative work in regenerative agriculture and community-based farming has turned food waste into a valuable resource, transforming it into nutrient-rich compost that supports chemical-free food production. Through Full Circle Farms and its care farm arm, The Garden Army CIC, Tom is creating a model that’s sustainable, inclusive, and socially impactful.
"This nomination recognises the power of circular systems and the people who make them work," Tom said. "It’s about more than farming — it’s about growing hope, community, and a healthier future for all."
The winners of the GBEA awards will be announced later this year.
